Frequently asked questions

When do I get paid?
Referral payouts are processed on the 1st of each month for all referrals that became paying customers in the prior month. You'll receive an email notification when a payout is initiated.
Is there a limit on how many people I can refer?
No limit at all. Refer 1 or 100 — you earn on every single one.
What if my referral cancels?
You keep the $200 as long as the referred customer completes at least one full billing cycle (30 days).
Do I need to be a Gravun customer to refer?
Yes, you need an active Gravun account to access your referral link and receive payouts.
Can I refer businesses outside the US?
Currently the referral program is open for US and Canadian businesses only. International expansion is planned for Q3 2026.
